Sarbloh (pure iron) is sacred in Sikhi and traditionally preferred by Gursikhs for its spiritual significance. Stainless steel is modern, rust-resistant and easier to maintain. Both are authentic — it comes down to personal preference and practice.
Stainless steel — wipe with a damp cloth and dry. Sarbloh — dry immediately after water contact and occasionally rub with mustard oil to prevent rust. Avoid harsh chemicals on both.
